I begin by taking the time to understand your unique postpartum experience, health history, and current concerns. Through comprehensive intake forms, lifestyle review, and optional functional lab assessments, we identify root causes affecting your energy, mood, and recovery. This foundational step ensures we are not guessing, but building from clarity and insight.
02 We Rebuild & Nourish
Once we understand what your body needs, I curate a personalized restoration strategy tailored specifically to you. This includes targeted nutrition guidance, mineral and iron repletion support, body reconnection movement, and nervous system regulation practices. Together, we implement a sustainable plan designed to stabilize energy, support healing, and restore strength without overwhelm.
03 We Support & Sustain
Healing requires continued care and the right support systems. During this phase, we integrate lactation guidance and maternal mental health support as needed, ensuring you feel cared for both physically and emotionally. Whether addressing feeding concerns, milk supply, overwhelm, or mood shifts, we provide trusted resources, referrals, and ongoing accountability so your healing feels comprehensive, steady, and fully supported as you move forward with confidence.

Healing is an evolving process, so ongoing guidance is essential. I provide continued check-ins, adjustments, accountability, and supportive resources as your body and motherhood season shifts.
